The shed was developed as a joint venture with the Rotary Club of Montrose and was officially opened by Tony Smith MP on the 14th March 2014. The shed itself is divided into two areas. One area is the workshop area where woodworking is the main activity and the second area is a seating and meeting room with a serviceable kitchen.
